About this wine

Les Terres Fines is another key cuvée in Dhondt-Grellet’s range, usually based on Chardonnay from Premier Cru terroirs with more clay over chalk, giving a slightly broader texture than Les Nogers. Aromas span ripe citrus, green apple, peach, fresh bread and toasted nuts, with an undercurrent of chalk and sea spray. On the palate, it’s full-bodied yet dynamic, with fleshy fruit, pinpoint mousse and a long, chalk-gripped, savoury finish.

Dhondt-Grellet

Dhondt-Grellet is a highly regarded grower estate producing incisive, terroir-driven Champagnes from old-vine Chardonnay and Pinot. Organic farming, low dosage and élevage in oak and steel lend the wines depth and a thrilling, saline edge. Cuvées like Les Nogers and Les Terres Fines have become favourites among Champagne aficionados.
