About this wine

This Barolo combines fruit from several La Morra sites to create a complete expression of the commune. The wine shows bright red fruit, floral top notes and subtle spice, supported by refined tannins. It’s slightly more approachable than the single-vineyard wines but still built for ageing, offering classic Voerzio depth with a touch more openness.

Roberto Voerzio

Roberto Voerzio is one of Barolo’s most influential modernists, famed for extreme low yields and meticulous vineyard work. The wines are intensely concentrated yet surprisingly refined, with glossy fruit, fine-grained tannins and impressive purity. His Baroli from crus like Brunate, La Serra and Rocche dell’Annunziata have become cult references for opulent, collectible Nebbiolo.
