About this wine

Terlaner is the signature white of Cantina Terlan, blending roughly 60% Pinot Bianco, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon Blanc from steep, rocky slopes around Terlan in Alto Adige. The 2024 vintage offers aromas of apricot, green apple, peach and citrus over subtle grassy and mineral notes. On the palate it’s broad yet vibrant, with good weight, juicy stone-fruit flavours, fresh acidity and a salty, refreshing finish that makes it both an excellent aperitif and a versatile food wine.

Tasting Note

Critic notes describe Terlaner 2024 as showing apricot, green apple and citrus on the nose, a fruit-forward but structured palate with 13–13.5% alcohol, lively acidity and a long, mineral finish.

In the glass

Pale to medium straw-yellow.

In the nose

Apricot, green apple, peach, hints of citrus and light herbal/grass notes.

On the palate

Fruit-driven but precise, with stone fruit and citrus over a fresh, mineral, slightly savoury finish.

Kellerei Terlan

Cantina Terlano is a renowned cooperative in Alto Adige, famous for age-worthy, mineral whites from steep, Alpine vineyards. Wines like Vorberg, Monticol and Terlaner blends combine ripe fruit with cutting acidity and a distinct smoky, saline note. The cellar’s library tastings have proved these whites can evolve beautifully for decades.
