We ship your wines with the same care we take in selecting them. Every bottle travels in certified, wine-specific packaging designed to protect against shocks, temperature fluctuations, and handling during transit.
During checkout, the most suitable carrier will be selected automatically based on your destination to ensure the safest and fastest delivery.
Free Shipping
Orders with a total value of €190 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped promptly from our climate-controlled storage facility. All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery. We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving them.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary due to external factors.
Heat & Cold Protection
Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. If a heatwave or cold spell is forecast, we may suggest delaying dispatch to ensure that your bottles arrive in perfect condition. If needed, we can store your order for you free of charge until shipping is possible.
Returns & Refunds
Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumers). If you purchased as a consumer within the EU, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be: unopened, in their original condition, stored appropriately, and returned in secure packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned: bottles that have been opened, bottles damaged after delivery, bottles stored improperly by the customer, margin-scheme items where the tax treatment prevents adjustments to the invoice (EU margin scheme for second-hand goods).
Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include: your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged items. We will replace the affected bottles whenever possible or provide an appropriate refund.
Orders outside of the EU
For all orders outside of the EU, a custom quote will be created to include shipping & customs fees.
