About this wine

Acústic Rosat is a serious, food-friendly rosé produced from old vines of organic Garnatxa Negra on poor, stony soils. Around 20% of the must is fermented in new French oak and 80% in stainless steel at low temperature; the wine then rests for about six months on its lees to build creaminess and complexity before bottling. The 2023 shows ripe strawberry and cherry, hints of citrus and Mediterranean herbs, and a subtle creamy, savoury core beneath the juiciness. It’s closer to a pale, gastronomic Rhône or Bandol style than to a simple summer rosé.
