About this wine

Synergie brings together 62% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Noir from sandy, clay and limestone-influenced vineyards across the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de l’Ardre. A deliberately long pressing in a traditional Coquard press extracts the juice gently, while fermentation and élevage in both oak and stainless steel build depth without obscuring freshness. The absence of dosage gives the wine a clear mineral line and keeps its ripe fruit tightly defined. Quince, apple, citrus and orange blossom are joined by pastry, nuts and gentle spice over a dense but energetic palate.

Tasting Note

Critics describe white fruits, ripe citrus and flowers alongside quince, green apricot, lime zest, orange blossom and nuts, with a juicy, dense texture, saline energy and a dry persistent finish.

In the nose

On the palate

Juicy and concentrated, with ripe fruit, lively freshness, saline tension and a broad but completely dry finish.

A. Lamblot

Alexandre Lamblot is one of the new-wave grower names in Champagne, working small parcels with a decidedly artisanal mindset. Organic-leaning farming, fermentations in oak and a minimalist approach in the cellar yield intensely characterful wines that are vinous, textural and often quite dry. His parcellaire cuvées, including Les Cochenes and Intuition, are sought after for their combination of energy, complexity and distinct terroir voice.
