About this wine

Artuke 2024 is a field-blend style joven from clay-limestone parcels around Baños de Ebro, based on ~95% Tempranillo with a splash of Viura. Made by traditional carbonic maceration, it offers bright cherry and raspberry fruit, liquorice, floral notes and a soft, juicy texture. Low extraction and no oak keep it feather-light on its feet, making it a perfect everyday Rioja and a great introduction to the estate’s terroir-driven style.

Tasting Note

Intense cherry colour; scented with red fruit and liquorice; the palate is fresh, fruity and smooth with gentle tannins and a savoury, mouth-watering finish.

Artuke is a family estate in Baños de Ebro that helped define the new wave of village and single-vineyard Rioja. Working organically, often with whole clusters, they make fragrant, medium-bodied Tempranillo wines that emphasise finesse, freshness and sense of place over oak and heaviness. From the village Artuke to terroir cuvées like Paso Las Mañas, the range is consistently vibrant and precise.
