About this wine

This vintage Champagne from Louise Brison is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Côte des Bar. Vinification and ageing happen in oak for about nine months, no malolactic fermentation and zero dosage, resulting in a wine that feels more gastronomic and precise than a softer, more commercial style. It is ideal with shellfish, roast poultry and dishes that benefit from both freshness and vinous depth.
