About this wine

The Vinoneers’ Old Bush Vine Chenin Blanc is sourced from dry-farmed bush vines planted in the early 1970s in Durbanville. Low yields and careful hand-harvesting give concentrated fruit that is typically fermented with wild yeasts and aged on the lees in old barrels and/or concrete to emphasise texture over oak flavour. Expect taut citrus and quince, stone fruit, herbs and a saline, chalky edge. The 2024 vintage continues the house style: intense yet precise, with real ageing potential.
