About this wine

Delamotte Blanc de Blancs NV blends several recent vintages of Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and neighbouring Grand Crus, spending extended time on lees. It shows lemon and green apple, white flowers and light brioche, with a fine, creamy mousse. The style is elegant and chalk-driven rather than overtly rich, making it extremely versatile at the table and a perfect aperitif.

Delamotte

Delamotte is the discreet sister house of Salon, based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and focused on elegant, classical Champagnes. The Blanc de Blancs is all about chalky finesse and citrus, while the Brut and Rosé offer understated, harmonious pleasure. They are refined, gastronomic Champagnes rather than showy statements.
