Delamotte Brut NV usually blends around 60% Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and a touch of Meunier, all from Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims crus. It offers lively lemon, pear and stone fruit with hints of toast and almond. The palate is medium-bodied, with creamy but energetic mousse, balanced dosage and a crisp, chalky close that makes it an excellent all-rounder.
