About this wine

Sourced from a network of old-vine plots farmed by local growers, PSI 2022 blends mainly Tempranillo with a touch of Garnacha. The wine emphasises red and black berries, wild herbs and a stony, chalky nuance, with discreet oak. It’s medium-bodied, juicy and savoury, with fine tannins and great drinkability – serious yet not heavy.

Peter Sisseck’s Dominio de Pingus is a cult estate making some of the most coveted wines in Ribera del Duero. Old-vine Tempranillo, biodynamic farming and low-yield, small-batch winemaking yield reds of extraordinary concentration, precision and energy. Even the “second” wine, Flor de Pingus, is a benchmark for modern, terroir-driven Ribera.
