About this wine

Magari 2020 blends Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown on the white, pebbly soils of Bolgheri. The wine offers dark berry and plum fruit layered with lavender, Mediterranean herbs, graphite and tobacco. The texture is supple but structured, with fine tannins and lively acidity giving length and drinkability. It’s a polished, modern Bolgheri red that’s accessible now but will improve for years.
