About this wine

Campanien 2019 is produced from 100% Pinot Meunier, raised with a deliberate oxidative frame: 11 months in barrel followed by 30 months sur lattes to build complexity and integration. The result is a vinous, structured Champagne—more about texture, savory nuance, and length than overt primary fruit. Serve in a white-wine glass; pair with poultry, mushroom dishes, or richer seafood preparations.

Tasting Note

Pinot Meunier–based Blanc de Noirs with a mineral, vinous stance: yellow apple, quince, chalk and subtle pastry cream. Energetic and food-forward, with brisk acidity and a persistent, dry finish that stays clean and lifted.

Legrand Latour
