About this wine

Dolcetto has long been the daily red of the Langhe, and Massolino treats it with real seriousness. The 2024 vintage, though challenging, yielded wines with moderate alcohol, good acidity and a pleasantly moderate colour. This Dolcetto shows bright ruby-purple colour and a bouquet of fresh red and black berries, violets and a gentle almond/earthy note. On the palate it is medium-bodied, warm and expansive but not heavy, with soft tannins and a juicy, moreish finish that makes it ideal with cured meats, pasta and grilled meats.
