About this wine

Massolino’s Moscato d’Asti is made from Moscato Bianco in vineyards around Serralunga and Asti. The 2024 shows a bright straw-yellow colour and fine, persistent mousse. The nose is intensely aromatic, with fresh grape, citrus, stone fruit, sage and mint. On the palate it is wide and enveloping but not cloying, thanks to lively acidity and the modest alcohol; the sweetness feels airy and pure, leading to a long, fragrant finish. It’s a classic end-of-meal wine, excellent with fruit-based desserts or just on its own.

Massolino

Massolino is a cornerstone estate in Serralunga, combining traditional Barolo virtues with a polished, accessible style. From Barolo Classico to crus like Margheria, Parafada and Vigna Rionda, the wines show depth, savoury complexity and the powerful tannic backbone typical of the village. Their broader range – from Dolcetto to Moscato – is crafted with the same precision and reliability.
