About this wine

“Billes de Roche” (“pebbles of rock”) comes from limestone-rich parcels on the slopes of Puy-Notre-Dame, farmed organically/biodynamically. The 2021 is a vivid, medium-bodied Cabernet Franc with crunchy red and black fruits, violets, graphite and a subtle herbal note. The palate is supple but energetic, with fine tannins and a saline, mouth-watering finish that makes it very drinkable. It’s a beautifully pure, terroir-driven Loire red.
