Palladino’s Roero Arneis is produced from Arneis grown on the sandy hills of Roero, giving a perfumed, textural white. Expect pear, peach, citrus peel and white flowers on the nose. The palate combines a soft, almost waxy texture with lively acidity and a discreet almond-mineral twist on the finish. It’s a flexible wine for antipasti, salads, fish and poultry.
