About this wine

Sourced from village-level parcels such as Les Noizons, Bouley’s Pommard is organically farmed and vinified with the same low-intervention approach as his Volnay wines. The 2023 vintage combines ripe raspberry and cherry fruit with floral and herbal nuances and a discreet touch of oak. The palate is medium-plus in body with firm but polished tannins, fresh acidity and a mineral, savoury finish, giving both early appeal and the ability to age.
