About this wine

Merus Pinot Grigio is designed as a fresh, uncomplicated expression of Alto Adige, sourced from lower-lying, well-exposed vineyards. Fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel, it emphasises primary fruit, clarity and early drinkability. The 2021 vintage offers the typical straw-yellow colour, delicate citrus and stone-fruit profile and a brisk, dry finish, often noted by Central-European critics (e.g. Falstaff) for its balance and charm.

Tasting Note

Delicate aromas of pear, apple and white flowers, with hints of citrus and fresh hay. On the palate it is light- to medium-bodied, with crisp acidity, clean fruit and a subtly mineral finish, making it ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes.
