About this wine

Le Potazzine is one of the reference points for elegant, classically styled Brunello. From breezy, stony vineyards at altitude, the 2018 delivers lifted red cherry, wild strawberry, orange zest, dried herbs and faint leather notes. It’s medium-bodied, graceful and sapid, with a sweet core of fruit wrapped in fine, chalk-textured tannins and a long, salty-mineral finish. A beautiful, drinkable yet ageworthy expression of pure Sangiovese.
