About this wine

Remelluri Reserva blends Tempranillo with Garnacha and Graciano from the estate’s own high-lying, organically farmed vineyards. The 2017 spends extended time in oak and bottle before release, yielding a classic, savoury Rioja nose of red and black fruits, spice, underbrush and subtle leather. The palate is medium-plus bodied with a core of sweet fruit framed by fresh acidity, earthy complexity and long, chalky tannins. It’s an elegant but substantial Rioja with excellent cellaring potential.
