About this wine

Yaël and Jonathan Sacy launched Sacy Soeur & Frère as a terroir-driven, low-intervention project within the long-established Louis de Sacy estate. Les Courtisols du Fut(u)r is a Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs from the Verzy Grand Cru terroir, fermented with indigenous yeasts in barrel and bottled with little or no dosage. Expect red apple and citrus, wild strawberry and spice, with chalk, smoke and herbal nuances; the palate is structured and savoury, with fine mousse and a dry, mineral finish.

In the nose

Red apple, citrus and wild strawberry with hints of spice, chalk and smoke.

On the palate

Focused and vinous, with tangy red-apple and citrus fruit, firm, chalky structure and a dry, saline finish.

Sacy Soeur & Frère

Sacy Soeur & Frère is a young project launched by siblings Yaël and Jonathan Sacy, revitalising their family’s vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. They bottle precise, low-dosage Champagnes and still Coteaux Champenois that explore specific lieux-dits and grape combinations, from Chardonnay-based Blanc de Blancs to structured Blanc de Noirs. The wines are modern in spirit – vivid, detailed and terroir-conscious – while remaining firmly rooted in Champagne’s craft.
